March Celtic Worship
"A Pilgrimage to Iona"
Join our next Celtic Worship on
Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 4:30 pm.
Our service is held in the main building of Hartford International University (formerly Hartford Seminary), at 76 Sherman Street, Hartford, CT. Plenty of free parking is available.
We'll explore the theme "A Pilgrimage to Iona" with a reflection, prayers, poetry, and music. Plus, community sharing afterwards!
We are excited to be meeting at a great location. HIU is a place whose mission matches ours: interfaith and lead by lay people.
Celtic Contemplative Walks
Join us on the third Sunday of each month for about an hour or so. Many of us feel closest to the Divine when we are in the midst of Nature. Some sense in the outdoors an experience of ongoing creation. For many, the earth, sea and sky in any weather, and at any time of day or night, are transparencies of ineffable Spirit that remind us that we too are part of one universal beauty. These contemplative walks in the woods invite us to listen deeply within to the music and poetry we share with our natural surroundings.
